why the hell is this 200mb

This is too big for a 1 or 2 minutes long music. no?
I've made my own main menu music too and it only took like 7MB.

After recreating this mod (with the non-OST version of "At Doom's Gate"), I may have found out why your music stops so abruptly --- the music file (l4d2_cX_pc.mp3) is simply too big. The original files were 1.53MB if I remember correctly. My original file was 1.65MB and it abruptly cut off right before the end. To get it to run to completion, I simply compressed the audio file with audacity to get it below 1.53MB. Once I got it to 1.45 it played flawlessly.

Digging the mod (despite the song ending so abruptly). My question is.... Why on earth is such a small, simple mod over 200MB?

I think you should extend how long the song lasts for cause it only lasts for what seems like 30 seconds and perhaps trying to make the file smaller.

reminder that you must take the addon file out of your workshop folder and put it in the addons folder for the music to start right away when you start the game

the game will need to check all workshop addons whit steam before the music starts playing, by having them in the addons folder the game skip the check

Very similar to Wolfenstein: The New Order. However, the only problem that I have with it is that the music repeats rather quickly and the transition is really rough. The .mp4 only goes in for about 30 seconds then abruptly starts over. Is this an issue on my end?
