В настройках сверху справа нажать кнопку "Skins", после этого выбираешь нужный блок и над его иконкой должна появиться маленькая кнопка "Skins", и там уже выбираешь нужный скин.

In settings, above god mods, there is the button with "Skins" name. It's activate skins in game. After, then you choose block, above block icon appear new "skins" button.
