Well, the whole Point of a Cheat Version is that only you can use it ... the problem is the AI can use this mod to even far greater extent than you are able to ... while you indeed have unlimited Winds of Magic the AI can really spam Spells they can shoot fire balls like a machine gun literally ... my lord got hit by about 20 fireballs fired in 1 second :D ....

yep works on its own but not with other mods that alter magic

is there any way to make this compatable with other mods that change the winds of magic slightly? I use this and steel faith, so i was wondering if you could somehow override steel faith's wind of magic so i can still have nearly limitless mana.

Awesome mod, very easy to edit it if you want.
I made base magic 50 points and max regen 500, so it is KINDA not crazy :)

Would you be willing to do a mod that modifies each race? So that way, you can benifit from these stats, but not have the AI benifit from it. If you key it to only their legendary lords/make a new skill the AI are unlikely to pick for hero's/normal lords, then that would mean I could say pick VC and have tons of magic and poop on the AI while they can't throw any of theirs back.

I am having an issue where, when having the mod installed, and starting a new campaign, it CTDs after I start a new turn. I was curious to have the mod for my campaign as I wanted to try out the adventuring party and thought it would be a good fit with that mod. If there is a better place to post this, please let me know. Thanks.

Yes, Aaragax they seem to share the same magic pool. Just got hit by my 40th bolt from a Chaos Sorcerer. : /

Having fun with this on the hardest difficulty but AI is insane...

I'm very happy with this mod, but I noticed something strange. AI wizards seem so enthusiastic to have unlimited magic that they overcast everything, resulting in spectactularly explosive suicides. Is anyone else seeing this "problem"? It does take some of the challenge out of the game when the most powerful character of the enemy army keeps self-destructing.

Mod worked perfectly for me. As advertised. Though, I do wish there was a way to have it less effective for AI, as I now need to try and snipe any spell casters on their side, because they seem to just be able to spam spells with maybe a 1 - 2 second cooldown (at least the bretonnian wizard was).

Is there any way you can get any one of these aspects, reserve, pool or regen rate, to affect just the player?

can"t you reduce the cd of the spell only for the player ? Or by lord ? Like archaon mod, all spell of fire 1 CD only for him. I believe on you man, do it for the chaos.

It would be nice if there was an option to disable the cooldown. Just for the battles, so that I can just not let the AI use any wizards.

@November If there were no cooldowns then the AI would probally spam so many spells that your game will crash but I'm not 100% sure how the AI determines when to use spells and how frequently. :^/

I believe so but it shouldn't make much of a difference since the AI still has to wait on cooldown times which will prevent them from spamming too much.
