Hello, seeing that there are no alternatives to the Advanced Colour Tool anywhere on the workshop, I've gone ahead and fixed the addon here [github.com]. So far, I haven't received any action from the original creator or ArachnitCZ in putting the code in this repo; therefore, I can also choose to put this on the workshop

break ARC9 for some reasons

Actually, not only that, but I'm noticing it's working well with the Easy Animation Tool's "make animatable" option when it never used to before. It would basically only colour the whole object, not individual parts, but now it seems to!

Good news everyone: the new gmod update of today fixes all bugs about the the addon.

people keep forgetting this is a reupload, he cant fix it, he doesnt know how either, this is also from 2016, the account who reuploaded it is unactive now probably.
