When you have steam open, hover over your library. Click on tools, and scroll down to Skyrim Creation Kit. From there just install and use. To get back to your games and such, hover back over library, and click Games.

actually I can put the enchantment on a bow and make a no DLC version,you can learn the enchantment and put it on any weapon you have

so you need a dawnguard only version

This is my Favorite custom weapon I made for myself,I took the Dawnbreaker Enchantment made it work on the living as well and added the Soul Trap,you can learn the enchantment and put it on any weapon,you can craft a new Enhanced Dwarven crossbow and put this enchantment,on the new one

but i cant find it in any forge wat do I do
