Needs to be disabled during the cut scenes of the level until the map starts. eg: c1m1_hotel shows it during the cinematic. Otherwise, very handy!

Is static,the difference is the actual size of the crosshair at the screen
Only way to change the color its to edit the texture for the crosshair itself
