@LoaderSaints Ah ok, that makes sense, thank you!
LoaderSaints  [author] Apr 30 @ 7:16am
@Skulligan, the torque rating does not matter in-game since any transmission can withstand any amount of torque. What matters is difference in gearing and IIRC the 20918B and 22918B have identical gearing meaning having the 20918B in-game would be redundant.
Skulligan Apr 29 @ 1:44pm
Any chance to get the 18-speed 20918B 2050lbs torque-rated transmission? Eaton Fuller discontinued all the 18-speeds except for the 22918B (2250lbs TR) and the 20918B (2050lbs TR). I realize that shouldn't have any bearing on the options for the game. Just thought it might be cool to have the 2050lbs torque rated option as well.

Figured it out
xJohn0090x Apr 27 @ 9:42am
Yeah I can’t find this cast addon you speak of
xJohn0090x Apr 27 @ 9:39am
It’s another Jon Ruda truck, it’s the freightshaker cascadia 125
LoaderSaints  [author] Apr 27 @ 2:56am
@xJohn0090x, Cascadia 125? Also, see the FAQ regarding the addition of Jon Ruda trucks.
xJohn0090x Apr 26 @ 8:38pm
Please add Freightshaker Cascadia 125 and Jon Ruda Pete 579 NG
LoaderSaints  [author] Apr 21 @ 12:34am
Good to hear that. That's exactly what it's for. :)
DragonFire1170 Apr 20 @ 1:34pm
I managed to figure out how to get the CAST addon working for them, so no rush o7
LoaderSaints  [author] Apr 20 @ 2:52am
Certainly possible, when I got some time to do so.
DragonFire1170 Apr 19 @ 7:43pm
Any chance for compatibility with SgtRox's 9400i and T700 here on the Workshop?
LoaderSaints  [author] Apr 13 @ 1:19am
@slocarlife, unfortunately not as that would be something a truck mod would have to implement. This mod only adds transmission accessories meaning there are no visual models.
slocarlife Apr 10 @ 1:29pm
do the manual transmissions have modeled gear shifters?
Copperhead Apr 1 @ 5:49pm
3rd time's a charm - so I was re-ziping the folder before placing it ATS mod folder. I copy/pasted without ziping it an it worked.
Copperhead Apr 1 @ 5:01pm
I should add- I think I'm doing something wrong because when in-game and looking at mod manager - the icon that shows up is not the image within subfolder "mod_icon.jpg" but instead I get a generic ATS icon..
Copperhead Apr 1 @ 4:23pm
I believe I followed instruction correctly for the CAST Addon but it's not working. I'm trying to use it for the Peterbilt 350 - folder name "peterbilt.350_scr" - I renamed folder ending with "_01" and deleted the other 15 folders. Any help appreciated.
Cirno Mar 27 @ 1:29pm
having limitless transmission possibilities is really so nice. ats uses 40.4 inch tires for everything so you can calculate what transmission and differential ratios you need at the speed you want to drive at for the rpm you want to have
LoaderSaints  [author] Mar 26 @ 9:53am
@moose_808, as pointed out by others as well, you may use the CAST Addon for those.
GravityWon Mar 26 @ 8:24am
@moose_808 in the mod description there's detailed step by step instructions that will teach you how to add as many trucks as you'd like.
moose_808 Mar 24 @ 7:04am
Can you add trucks by jon ruda please?
LoaderSaints  [author] Mar 22 @ 3:45am
Thank you for your kind words!
GravityWon Mar 22 @ 3:06am
Hi LoaderSaints. Just stopping by to say thanks for all the work you put into this mod. I can't tell you how many options this opened up for me in terms of allowing me to do heavy haul jobs with trucks that I otherwise wouldn't have been able to use. Its a huge boost to the enjoyment I'm able to get from the game. Much appreciated!
LoaderSaints  [author] Feb 23 @ 6:32am
@876yxngblood, this mod shouldn't affect load times in a noticeable manner. You can use the search in-game when searching for an accessory.
876yxngblood Feb 21 @ 6:42pm
so i don't have to scroll through all those transmissions that i don't use to reach the one i want also increase transmission load time
LoaderSaints  [author] Feb 13 @ 8:05am
@876yxngblood, why would you?
876yxngblood Feb 12 @ 4:50pm
Cant edit transmissions after the new update
Red Wolf Jan 24 @ 10:16am
i've driven trucks with that transmission in them. it's not hard to run once you get used to it
Red Wolf Jan 24 @ 10:15am
what Coyote is describing is a backward h pattern where the last 2 gears are swapped
LoaderSaints  [author] Jan 24 @ 7:07am
Including the horseshoe pattern you described.
LoaderSaints  [author] Jan 24 @ 7:02am
@Coyote_catfishin, both patterns are correct and you can find the shifter layouts on the SCS forum.
Coyote_catfishin Jan 23 @ 3:51pm
can you make a 15spd DR with the correct pattern? R-1-2-3-5-4? the 15spds ive driven had the last 2 gears swapped. Thanks.
LoaderSaints  [author] Jan 22 @ 7:31am
Is the mod itself available here on Workshop or on the SCS forum?
Camofighter123 Jan 21 @ 9:26pm
any chance CT Moddings w9 be added? Named kw.flatglass
LoaderSaints  [author] Jan 11 @ 6:11am
Yes, you'd probably be interested in the following transmissions:
Eaton RTOC-18909A 9-speed 14.38
Eaton RTLO-18913A 13-speed 16.86
Eaton RTLO-20913A 13-speed 16.86
Eaton RTLO-16918B 18-speed 19.72
Eaton RTLO-22918B 18-speed 19.72

In my mod I use the actual names of the transmissions and not some trade name or nickname though that may not be as descriptive for the average person. Personally, I only use the RTLO-22918B and nothing else but I use an actual H-shifter.
Robin Banks Jan 8 @ 11:51am
Thought this mod includes something like that, not sure how to describe.
Nevermind, I guess.
LoaderSaints  [author] Jan 8 @ 10:15am

Something like this, but it's outdated and won't work for Mack unfortunately
LoaderSaints  [author] Jan 8 @ 7:44am
@Robin Banks, automated manual transmissions show only numbers (the ones that are branded AMT on the UI icon) but actual manual transmissions should display letters like you described.
Robin Banks Jan 8 @ 7:17am
Well, if you're using a squentiel shifter, you can see the gears "1 - 2 -3 - 4 - 5 - 6...." and etc on the dahsboard display. But I'd love to see the real eaton fuller gears like "LL-LH-L1-H1...:" etc
LoaderSaints  [author] Jan 8 @ 7:02am
Well it should since the gear names are defined in the transmissions.
Olsbyn Jan 7 @ 10:03am
@LoaderSaints I assume what he means is if the chosen gear shows up correctly in the onboard computer in the truck, specifically if you don't use shifter hardware but use a button or paddles for shifting sequential.
LoaderSaints  [author] Dec 27, 2024 @ 6:52am
@Dr. Lax Hopkins, What exactly are you referring to?
Robin Banks Dec 23, 2024 @ 10:14pm
Does it show up on the dashboard when you're using sequential shifting?
Red Wolf Nov 9, 2024 @ 9:48am
MACK also use Eaton Transmissions
LoaderSaints  [author] Nov 9, 2024 @ 2:29am
༺¸𝖣𝗈𝗆𝗂𝖸𝗎𝗄𝗂𝗈¸༻, what do you mean?
Are there not something similar like mDRIVE for Mack Pinnacle?
LoaderSaints  [author] Nov 8, 2024 @ 7:52am
@Americantrucksimlover, you need to pick one with a different differential ratio if you want to go faster.
Americantrucksimlover Nov 7, 2024 @ 11:31am
the 12 speed limits me to like 55 mph down the highway in 12th gear
LoaderSaints  [author] Nov 3, 2024 @ 2:48am
Tyre size is also a factor that affects the RPM with any given differential ratio. For standard sized tyres from SCS I'd recommend 3.25 ratio for the RTLO-22918B 18-speed for example.
