So server is on my lap top, I copied the cbash and rrshd files over from my game PC (after driving the same combo in single player) to the Cbash folder on my server and it now works. You might have to do it for all layouts as I'm only using the West Loop.

it keeps crashing on me. Half way through a race and boom race over. Love this track, been racing it for years. Maybe the track or fFactor2 is messed up don't know

Use a green track and then user-auto-save. That way you get to use the dry track. Pretty cool track and challenging to race.

I believe this track, granted I've only driven the Indy GP circuit, has messed up physics. There's next to no traction. Drive a given car on any other track and then switch to this one and, if it's like my experience, is un-drivable.

A new 2020 version will be out soon, so I won't fix this one, plus I wouldn't even know what would cause a server crash.

It's too bad that this version crashes dedicated servers. I'm forced to host the other version that was converted from the original rFactor. Does anyone have any idea what the cause is??

There won't be an update for this. I think the reason it's crashing is something other than this.

But in my opinion this is a bad idea as people are most likely to try the track out with default preset and dry weather (who learns tracks in wet?) resulting strange mess I described earlier. I think it's a shame if someone stops using this track thinking it's buggy because it's really great. Thanks for making it.

No, just don't use the default preset I made, then it won't be wet. I think there are only two options anyway, but you can save your own profile and load them too.

Do you mean that selecting any other than green real road changes track to wet? Shouldn't wet follow from rain?

It's designed after the real race weekend, you can change the settings from the race page, just select green track.

No matter what is the selected weather this track seems to have rain. Blue skies but weird reflections on track, spray after car and low traction. Would be great otherwise.

Hi, the circuit is very good, you can do the training session and classification but when I go to the race it stops working regardless of the category I run, this also happened to me with Donington but download an updated version and now it works, please, repair this error or update the circuit that is fantastic, entertaining and tactical at the time of competing, thanks and regards

Wonderful track. Very faithful representation not just in the track feel while riding solo but the rollercoaster ride it is in a pack. To the point of the AI in the grass, I feel like the track lends itself quite a bit more to the closed wheeled, tin tops that typically run here. I'm not sure what would need to be done to modify for the more precision-running open wheels (like Indy) but for series like Clio or other touring, it's spot on and awesome to see the AI run wide in some of the fast tricky bits.

i'm certainly stupid, but how to download the track ?

I noticed that the AI often drives into the grass (which often results in a spin => during a race it leads to a mass collision + safety car) after the fast left-right chicane and in the second last corner (right hand corner at pit entry). Tested with ISI IndyCars.

Change the realroad preset to something else. That's the only way to make the road wet at the start of a session if it's not raining.

FYI: changing the simple weather from default doesn't seem to get rid of the wet practice track.

Yes, if you use default weather, and it's practice.
