Salve! thanks for the feedback :) i intentionally left the map devoid of resources, there is a good mod called "extra landscaping tools" that allows the player to place resources anywhere they wish... the same mod actually allows for placement of water spawners which could help with strengthening water flow as the city grows, however this could be achieved using water towers instead of pumps as well... fyi if you do try that mod be sure to uncheck the terraforming tools option as that was added to the base game in the last update and i heard there was a conflict, the water spawners, resource brush and tree brush all are very useful tools though...

This map is pretty good, it is the best place to play with the new landscaping tools and quays. I built a great medium-sized city and was having all sorts of fun. However, two problems cropped up. First, there isn't any farmland, ore or oil.

Second, the river flow is a little weak. By the time I built three water pumps upstream and three poop pipes downstream, I managed to reverse the flow of the Tiber and snork the poop up into my city.

Otherwise it was awesome. AVE CAESAR!
