This should have been low density. It doesn't fit with high density, and if you have "no highrises" high density zoned, it basically takes over all the 4x4 lots. I'm going to have to delete it from my city because it's like Kudzu.

A great model, but I feel it would fit much better amongst low density commercial buildings.
