did you try saving your game and testing it on a new start,you can go back to your game after,that would tell if the problem is with your saved game
dors hurt to test a mod that way first before adding it to a saved game,I actually have multiple copies of my steam and Skyrim account,drive C/Programfiles/Stem and drive D/Programfiles/Steam,etc.So I can test on another copy of Skyrim

I also have Markart Guards,Riften Guards,Solitude Guards,Windhelm Guards,Legendary Imperial and Stormcloak Soldiers,Merchants,Followers etc,so I can't even guess why it doesn't work for you.

It is a simple summon script with no limit on how many,I use this in a lot of mods,

yeah they are in my powers section and i can press them but they dont equip

they are gurads not followers,you would have to use console commands for that,It is a very reliable summon spell,did you look in powers for the spell,

They are new NPCs like this mod so it is compatible with any mod'it you like that mod I do have a mod that makes all soldiers and guards legendary with the same perks and spells,shouts,it does make the civil war quite intense

They are guards,they will stay and guard the area you place them in.

They are are not followers,they are stronger guards,they will no follow you and protect you they are guards

probably a dumb question.. i only ask because it doesnt make sense that my followers would arrest me and send me to jail

will they follow and protect me?

These guards are stronger than regular guards,summon as many as you want
