Welcome to the Pine Motel You chose this place because you're either a fugitive on the run or a sleazy person trying to escape or a homeless person who needs a place to stay for a week with running water. then come on down to the pine motel.

For some reason, the "PloppableRICODefinition.xml" file isn't showing up in my folder for this asset anymore. It just has the "Pine Motel.crp" file in it. The RICO file was there when I played last week but it's gone now? I tried resubbing multiple times but it still doesn't work.

Check it out - should be working now with the sign and the AC units (if you have them installed).

@grapplehoeker I think the categories are somewhat strange for this kind of ploppable assets anyway. Some people prefer parks, some monuments. I recommend the RICO enabler mod - then it makes sense and offers space for residents.

@DRen72 I updated the sign recently and the motel as well (to have the subscribed workshop prop sign placed on the driveway - before i had my local version there...) - now it should appear together with the AC units if you have them installed. Make sure you have all of them in the new version. But let me know if it still doesn't work.

Love the rundown seedy look. " Rent by the hour" you can almost smell the place and imagine those nasty stained mattresses and sticky carpts- yuk!

Thanks for the good feedback on this one! I have a list for some updates. Small things like lights and a few invisible tiny faces. But most annoying is that the custom sign prop doesn't show up. I'll update the sign soon (to have a custom LOD) and then I'll follow the procedure of uploading it first and reassigning to the motel again - so it should show up at your version too! Sorry for any inconvenience...

@boformer : 128*128 is an ok size, less would be killing it. For a ploppable I think he could go for a 256. (or maybe a 256*128 as the building is not tall).

If turning it into a growable is too much fuss, perhaps you could make it PloppableRICO compatible? Then it would act pretty much the same.
