This is a really nice small building. Could be used as a small town manufacturing facility which is what I intended to use it for. Would be nice to have a version though without all the vanilla props and signs in the front of it.

Great work! very creative and amazing looking asset, thank you!
Realname Feb 15, 2017 @ 2:03pm
This was a great building, used from day one in my cities. Need to be updated bc there is so much good, new stuff. Need to unsuscribe to this. Thx a lot.

Nice Job! Looking forward to future works from you!

@sonicnurse just to let you know, the tooltips in the RICO building menu for your warehouse assets are broken and do not show any details. Just a minor problem, no big deal. Just wanted to let you know. Besides, I love the assets! :hardhat:

Any chance you could make this a park instead?
Redeye Jun 14, 2016 @ 7:48pm
what is its purpose? Does it do anything with logistics?
Jones 27 Jun 5, 2016 @ 9:09am
great job, love the detail
Gun May 23, 2016 @ 11:47am
Thanks for your answer. I've changed the level myself by editing the xml-file and during that i recognized that my high number of workers is caused by "Realistic Population and Consumption"-Mod. Sorry ;)
baronjutter May 22, 2016 @ 10:35am
More buildings ! That's good news. I'd love to see some huge max lot size warehouses and industrial spaces. I'd love to one day be able to make realistic industrial areas that look something like this from above http://www.dubairealcity.com/dubai-map/gallery/al-quoz-industrial-area-location-map-dubai.jpg
sonicnurse  [author] May 22, 2016 @ 10:34am
And thanks guys for all the comments, I really appreciate the feedback (even though I'm not always answering) :))
sonicnurse  [author] May 22, 2016 @ 10:32am
@fleetzpiepe
There are not supposed to be 96 workers, it's actually only 15. But I agree that level 3 seems high, when I made the asset I was kinda selfish and needed for my current city more level3 industry sooo.. :D
But I will keep that in mind for next assets!

@baronjutter
Yeah you're right, I will make some lower level buildings next time :)
Gun May 22, 2016 @ 4:44am
Thanks for your work. I can deal with the number of workers (96), but i'd also like to have a Lvl. 1 (max. 2) Warehouse to be more flexible with placing. If you're not planning to change the Level, i hope you consider it for your future projects.
baronjutter May 19, 2016 @ 1:33pm
Thanks for making this! So glad you made it rico and hope you make more big realistic warehouses. The only thing I'd suggest would be making maybe it just a level 1 or maybe 2 industry. The building would be a lot less fussy about services and a warehouse doesn't exactly need a team of doctorate level scientists running the place like a high-tech industry.
FourteenChief Apr 25, 2016 @ 8:18am
This is my kind of style. Simple realistic look without a lot of extra fancy stuff. Well done sonicnurse. Thumbs up.
Leafre Apr 14, 2016 @ 10:54am
Strange thing is this building (plopped as RICO) is always asking for city services even if everything is set near of it. Any ideas?

@sonicnurse Hi! Saw comment of @hapiblt about industrial functioning. Any additional function can be implemented by using SubBuildingsEnabler - splitting this asset in 2 sections, and assigning separate functionality. Guide is available at RICO mod Workshop page. Cheers!
sonicnurse  [author] Mar 24, 2016 @ 2:04am
@Spec. Tater
done!

@hapiblt
I don't really know how, sorry
NoirMoutton Mar 23, 2016 @ 6:06pm
Your warehouse assets are fantastic and really do improve the possibilities when creating harbours/industrial areas. Keep up the superbt work- greatly appreciated
hapiblt Mar 23, 2016 @ 6:00pm
can you update it that it would order minerals and ores for the industirail
Spec. Tater Mar 23, 2016 @ 6:07am
Can you update the description with the number of jobs at each education level?
sonicnurse  [author] Mar 21, 2016 @ 11:45pm
@Hephaestion
I believe it is this one

If anyones curious, you can get the RICO mod here. It will convert this asset into an industrial building that will function just like the industrial growables.
Hephaestion Mar 21, 2016 @ 2:25pm
Could you also post the car park which you are showing in the screenshot?
Hephaestion Mar 21, 2016 @ 2:18pm
Keep up the good work, warehouses are in dire need indeed!
sonicnurse  [author] Mar 21, 2016 @ 1:25pm
@klvler
The parking lot is not part of the asset, the warehouse goes actually to the border of the lot!

@darynman
This asset is basically only for decoration! It has a couple of workers but it does not function as a growable factory or anything like that.
darynman Mar 21, 2016 @ 12:58pm
It looks very nice in the pictures! Could you please explain how this asset works ingame? I mean, what is its purpose inside the industrial layout? Does it receive or release vehicles of any kind? Any happiness bonuses for having the facility around? Thanks
Captain Soap Mar 21, 2016 @ 11:27am
How can I create this series if there is a parking lot on the left side?
Please help me out
kenratboy Mar 20, 2016 @ 3:02pm
THANK YOU!!! Please make more. This is one of the biggest gaps in the game. Every city of any size (and many tiny ones) have many large warehouses.
weeseman82 Mar 20, 2016 @ 2:57am
Hi Sonicnurse! Im doing a 1 on 1 high detail map of a local harbour area and will definitely place a good number of your warehouses side by side! Do you think you can do a bigger modular warehouse? Im having to fill twelve 16 x 40 areas with a single warehouse. They are all quite featureless and basic shape like the ones you have created (no trees, no cranes etc, in any case i can plop those myself..) Great if you could help me out! Thanks again for this asset!
mizrael77 Mar 19, 2016 @ 5:24pm
We're in dire need of warehouses and large flat buildings in general to be able to make realistic industrial zones. Thank you!
MouttonNoir Mar 19, 2016 @ 5:16pm
Great to see theae assets on workshop- really useful- we have enough parks and interchanges- coming out our ears!
sonicnurse  [author] Mar 19, 2016 @ 12:40pm
@trashbot
I don't plan on making such a version, no. But like I said you can load this asset up in the editor and change some stuff yourself, e.g. the ground and trees and stuff!
Bulldog Mar 19, 2016 @ 11:09am
Finally....A large warehouse...Thanks for making.
Trashbot Mar 19, 2016 @ 9:59am
I mean gravel
sonicnurse  [author] Mar 19, 2016 @ 9:54am
@trashbot
I'm not sure what you mean by dirt?
But for props and trees you could edit the asset yourself in the editor!
Trashbot Mar 19, 2016 @ 8:55am
is it possible to make with dirt without trees for rural warehousing?
Can't.Stamby.The.Flamby Mar 19, 2016 @ 6:56am
amazing, we need more industrial bats
Tomas13TO Mar 19, 2016 @ 3:34am
nice work.thanks

What are the job stats for the RICO ploppable?
AJ3D Mar 18, 2016 @ 11:31am
I've updated the RICO mod, so it should be working ok now.

Ive also added a pollution toggle if you want to disable that. In the xml, just add the field "enable-pollution", with a value of "false".
mrfdot Mar 18, 2016 @ 11:25am
Thanks!
mistahlova Mar 18, 2016 @ 10:53am
Thank you for the quick update!
sonicnurse  [author] Mar 18, 2016 @ 10:41am
It's updated for RICO!

It said ingame construction cost is 0 although I set it to 20000..? Not so sure about that
sonicnurse  [author] Mar 18, 2016 @ 10:09am
Thanks guys!
I will definitely look into the rico mod!
mrfdot Mar 18, 2016 @ 10:05am
You should make it for the RICO mod!
mistahlova Mar 18, 2016 @ 10:01am
Looks very good, especially for a first asset. You should consider making it Ploppable RICO mod compatible!
