It should be working fine. I am thinking of coming back to XCOM 2 when LW2 gets a few patches and I will be re-releasing this voice pack, as I've come across some extra lines. I also have a few other voice packs I'm thinking of doing, specifically from Fallout New Vegas.
@Zenturion
Sorry, I am a "lore friendly" person. I'm sure there is a cosplay mod to suit your needs.

I deliberately chose not to implement any lines referencing names or codenames so that people could use this voice pack on any of their soldiers, not only when cosplaying Snake.
Do we get a "Snake?" thing if he dies? Because that would be funny.
I supposedly did, guess it didn't stick, I'll see about fixing that at some point.
Ah, yes, my mistake, when I read Hayter I thought of Kiefer for some reason.
I would certainly like to, but I've not found a way to rip audio from MGS3 and my search into a full audio tip turned up nothing.
Thank you for the kind words. Voice packs are really simple mods, but a bit tedious to make, so I won't say I've done anything amazing, but it's still nice to hear kind words :)
I see, thats too bad, but I still think it's an amazing voice pack and I love using it ^^ So thank you! I will be on the lookout for more of your work for sure :)
I've increased the volume multiple times and I've experimented with extreme volumes as well, but the sound files start cracking. The issue is that most of Snake's lines are spoken, while most of the vanilla lines are screamed. There is only so much I can push the volume and at the moment it's near the maximum before quality starts going down bellow that of the vanilla voices. It's just a concession that has to be made I'm afraid. I'd like it to be literally perfect, but that's just not possible.
@DrGrouch
I believe there is such a voicepack already. Currently I am working on a female voice pack, not Metal Gear related, so stay tuned for that.
Words can't describe how grateful I am that you choose to use the original voice over and not the Twin Snakes one, thank you so much for making this!
The echo is part of the sound file itself, not a filter. Trust me, I wanted it too.
Your Id mod has changed to "ExampleVoicePack". Could you please set a custom Id?
Many thanks!
Looking forward to seeing what you do with the voicepack from here and what other mods if any you plan on doing. Good work.
