I have found a bug with this mod, when I have it turned on and you get into a brawl (a good old fashion fist fight) the NPC you're brawling will stop brawling, pull out their weapon and actually try to kill you, and even if you still beat them, they'll act like the brawl never even happened.

Lupus: Chance for decapitations is 60% with this mod.

I have not seen a difference in the amout of flying heads since I installed this mod :/

Decapitations happening in sword/axe battles; but NOT THAT often. The warrior doesn't care for a "dramatic"/"impressive" kill... cares for a FAST KILL, period!

So, it's very funny mod, but not THAT realistic. Warriors were not chopping heads all along...

OK. If you don't have the Devastating Blow or Savage Strike perks, subscribing to this mod will let you start decapitating without them:

BIG: Earlier Decapitations .

If you do have the perks, then on the Skyrim launch screen, select Data Files, select this mod, and move it to the bottom of the list.

Level 54 one hand
Level 50 two hand

I even moved up the mod up my list to see if that worked I'll unsubscribe and subscribe see if that helps

I haven't done one decap yet but a NPC that was following me for the companions did 1 WTF I thought this would make decap show more
