@Cloud Rese, kind of. If you want it to work like Helix's radio system then all you have to do is switch the default model with this one... if that's what you're asking.

Wow that's hilarious. I had no idea (nor care) what radio this was before, but now that I see it, is this supposed to be a Baofeng UV-5R/variant with extended battery (although with flipped top portion and oversized)? That's amazing!

Yes, it contains the animations necessary for scripting your own SWEPs.
