I like the idea of NOT waiting 10 minutes for a unit to stop being tired.
Fatigue is in the game to discourage quickly redeploying and running units far distances like you see in so many other RTS, and it's true to life to boot, soldiers get tired, tired soldier fight poorer then non-tired ones.
In short unless you are bored and just want to remove variable from the game for testing purposes don't install this, I understand you meant well No One In Particular, but this just defeats a large chuck of the strategy of this games.
