You can also just lock stuff down so it doesn't get moved.
The only sci-fi stuff you'll find at the moment, I believe, are Warhammer 40k minis, and a couple from my Iron Gods minis mod. Pretty sure I've seen Darth Vader and stormtroopers too...
I'm planning on doing some for my campaign, but could take a while.
I do have to agree with Callimaco; there is a serious want of sci-fi/space themed content for TTS. Seems like most of the focus is on Medieval/Fantasy/D&D stuff. Nothing wrong with that, mind, but it does leave a gap in flavor.
If possible, I absolutely second the repeated calls for a modular shipbuilding system, with this map serving as an excellent prototype. I'm still rather new to TTS myself, but is there a means of snapping/locking parts together so they won't shift around independently when other bits interact with them?
Finally, can you recommend any good sci-fi figurine sets from the Workshop that would work well with this map? I've done some looking myself, but none of them really tickle my fancy.
I might try some buildings. Will have to think about it.
