Ok, that's good to know. I'll have to look into changing ID of my mod's government form to avoid the confusion with ET. I didn't know ET already used it...

The parliamentary_monarchy exclusion comes from Extended Timeline.

Legion, 1st Duke of Rockford : It's been awhile since I did this mod, created for myself only at first, so I forget where it came from but I excluded those that vanilla EU4 excluded plus anything I was having trouble with. So I forget where the parliamentary_monarchy exclusion came from.

I noticed that parliamentary_monarchy is defined as triggers against having decisions for even clergy and burghers. Is this referring to parliamentary_monarchy in my parliamentary election mod on steam workshop or another mod?

That's an older version.
The newer version is what I wrote above.
Hopefully the newer Steam version overwrote the older version.

@g_moore you have all types for each category but since each represent wither admin, diplo or military they should require their respective type of monarch point
