@cjbleything Might do some re-texturing in the future. There are alot with this building i'm not quite happy with.
@rhah Yeah I agree. It was one of my first assets so there are flaws in both the texture and the 3d-model.

But I mean if you want to try to create any of the building on this road, I'd say just go for it.
I'd recommend maybe start of with a building that hasn't got so many different shapes etc. because there are some things you need to figure out like UV-mapping, adding textures (diffuse, specular etc.), tris-count etc.
This Marina 101 will not have a 1:1 unique building when it's pretty modified and not superdetailed at a current state. I believe @naskko26 had a 1:1 version of this model which he hopefully re-uploads to the workshop soon.
But for any future models I'll keep that in mind.

as it seems like there aren't enough growable super-talls in Cities Skylines and @miguelcervera
requested something from the marina area.
After that I'll make sure to start publishing the buildings I've got so far and in the future I've got some plans to make larger buildings like the Dubai mall and airport, now when boformer has published a sub-building mod.
Do you have any specific building/buildings in the Marina area you want to see as a growable?
Yeah, I do see your point. The reason why i chose to use a larger texture was because I didn't want to see to much repetition in the shining windows at night. So I had to squeeze in as many windows as possible in my texture.
In any future growable buildings, I'll keep what you've said in mind.
