well I mean Capitan Boricua it is a Building theme; it replaces vanilla high density buildings, and that includes Vanilla High Density Residential.
Capitan Boricua Jun 3, 2021 @ 6:58am
Why does it replace the vanilla residential?
Feindbold  [author] May 11, 2021 @ 6:40am
both

@Feindbild How does it work actually? Do we need to subscribe to the Manhattan Collection too or just the building theme for Manhattan?
Feindbold  [author] Nov 14, 2020 @ 5:21pm
Its says so in the description :)
changm71 Nov 14, 2020 @ 4:55pm
Hey I'm noticing that this mod has stopped spawning office and retail buildings? Any time I try to place office buldings too it automatically demolishes them.
JTheGoat Mar 15, 2019 @ 2:48pm
@sabayobiboy use Building Themes... Your buildings are probably not loaded, you can load them manually with Building Themes.
Yohan Feb 8, 2019 @ 3:36am
I AM ANNOYED , I cant find the buildings anywhere even in find it and "building Themes" wont even do it correctly. Why WONT THEY SHOW UP ANYWHERE IN THE GAME >C:C:CCCC:C:C:C:C>:C

Zerogae Sep 26, 2017 @ 7:56pm
This is an awesome collection
Hong Meiling Jan 4, 2017 @ 7:42pm
I'm just saying, add some Level 2 or higher buildings.
Feindbold  [author] Jan 2, 2017 @ 11:59pm
That makes no sense. Also there is not even a way to modify households on single buildings. These buildings have exactly the same amount as vanilla buildings with the same size.
Hong Meiling Jan 2, 2017 @ 6:04pm
Either that or update the pack with higher levels buildings.
Hong Meiling Jan 2, 2017 @ 6:03pm
What. In that case this should've been a low density building theme like the Brooklyn theme.
Feindbold  [author] Jan 2, 2017 @ 1:17pm
They are only L1.
Hong Meiling Jan 2, 2017 @ 4:29am
I don't know why but the household count is ridiculously low when using this theme. I only get around 1 to 3 household in 1 building.
Feindbold  [author] Dec 24, 2016 @ 11:06pm
nothing to update :)
Mutso Dec 24, 2016 @ 9:57pm
Has this mod been updated for 1.6?
gravage Dec 12, 2016 @ 1:17am
@Skwid - If you don't want to wait for Feinbild to adjust the density on the Brooklyn bldgs go to: Realistic Population and Consumption Mod v7.5 . Check out under Popular Discussions to where it says "Bonus Households". There Jaylen has edited the mod's XML to assign certain household densities to each Brooklyn Building. You might want to read aboout other stuff the mod does too. It's great! Also check out an additional comment Jaylen made to me on my profile page for more ideas if you want to.
Skwid Dec 5, 2016 @ 1:27pm
Cool! Thanks for all your hard work! :)
Feindbold  [author] Dec 5, 2016 @ 1:18pm
Oh the 2 and 3 stories? Jeah im thinking about that too, experimenting with my current "Central Europe" Theme on that matter:

1 Story: L1,L2
2 Story: L1,L2,L3
3 Story: L2,L3,L4
4 Story: L3,L4,L5
5 Story: L4,L5
6 Story: L5

If it works there the way I hope it works, I may make these changes to my older sets too...
Skwid Dec 5, 2016 @ 1:00pm
No I mean all the Brooklyn buildings like the ones in the other collection that are currently only available as low density.
Feindbold  [author] Dec 5, 2016 @ 9:06am
They are included :P
Skwid Dec 4, 2016 @ 4:42pm
Could you modify this to include the Brooklyn buildings as high density? Because it seems unrealistic to have 3-5 story level 4 Brooklyn buildings with only 2-3 households.
Distanced Nov 15, 2016 @ 7:47pm
I'll give that a go.
Feindbold  [author] Nov 14, 2016 @ 9:38pm
Maybe put all your other mods into one collection (so you can subscribe again without searching for ages) Than unsubscribe to this collection of your mods and just subscribe to the manhattan theme + manhattan collection. If the buildings are still gone, it is maybe something with your folder structure.
Distanced Nov 14, 2016 @ 3:04pm
No, I know that this is High Residential. It probably is a conflict with some other mod, since I have 52 of them. :P
Feindbold  [author] Nov 14, 2016 @ 9:18am
Mh I just subscribed to the collection to test it, everything works fine, so it must be either a conflict with some mod or there is someting wrong with your moddirectory. Just to be sure, (because it happens quite often that people confuse the manattan theme with the brooklyn theme), this one grows on high residential.

Maybe a complete reinstall could fix this, but to be honest, I have never heard about this problem so far, make sure you back up all your saves if you decide to try this.
Distanced Nov 13, 2016 @ 1:16pm
I did. Didn't work.
Feindbold  [author] Nov 13, 2016 @ 1:32am
Maybe unsubscribe and subscribe again will help
Distanced Nov 12, 2016 @ 7:00am
So I've checked, the building theme is enabled, but they aren't even in the Content Manager. I am subscribed, and I hope that you can help since this is my favourite theme!
Distanced Nov 11, 2016 @ 8:45am
Okay, will do.
Feindbold  [author] Nov 10, 2016 @ 10:31pm
Check your content manager, im sure the buildings are deactivated there. Some mod auto-deactivates assets unfortunatly
Distanced Nov 10, 2016 @ 4:23pm
Hey Feindbild! I'm a big fan of your work, but for the past few weeks your building theme is not working for me. I have downloaded everything in the collection, but when I aplly the theme to a district it gives me a "buildings not loaded" message. I can't find them in the Theme Manager either.

Help?
Feindbold  [author] Sep 28, 2016 @ 6:24am
if it says they are not loaded, they are either not downloaded or deactivated, I would check the contentmanager in the mainmenu
Smekadin Sep 27, 2016 @ 11:28pm
Great assets! But i can-t seem to get it to load properly.. For some reason it says in theme manager that the buildings are "not loaded"? Do you have any idea why this is? I have applied it on a district, i have subscribed to the collection of buildings and restarted game and so on and so forth. Anyway, Greats assets!
Feindbold  [author] Apr 2, 2016 @ 2:29am
Oh wrong theme, I though you were talking about brooklyn, well it should work with high residential. Are you subscribed to the linked buildings? they are different than the brooklyn ones. If so open your theme manager ingame and check if the buildings apear if you filter for "high residential" and "custom".
N3RD0V1C Apr 1, 2016 @ 3:28pm
What do you mean? I zoned high density residential, still nothing. No clue why.
Feindbold  [author] Apr 1, 2016 @ 3:25pm
Its low residential...
N3RD0V1C Apr 1, 2016 @ 12:55pm
This theme doesn't work for me. All other themes I have are working , but when I assign this theme to a zone, nothing will spawn at all.
Feindbold  [author] Feb 24, 2016 @ 9:24pm
Thanks for your reply. As for now, this theme is more a service for people who wanted my buildings to be residential high. Model a few buildings for your own, and you might think different about reusing of models ;) Also it makes more sense to me than model a complete new set of buildings.
Pickled Rik Feb 24, 2016 @ 7:41pm
Pretty cool, nice work for sure, but I've noticed how these are the same buildings (at least some are) as the level 3 low residential buildings in the Brooklyn theme. Disappointing since now that they've levelled up my high resi and low resi districts now look indistinguishable. Actually doesn't make much sense to me that these buildings even count as low residential anyway tbh, they'd obviously hold more than 2-3 households. Makes more sense to have them here for sure. Guess it won't be as much of an issue once these buildings can level up too but still kinda sucks that the models are re-used.
Feindbold  [author] Feb 19, 2016 @ 8:41am
It resembles like 80% of Manhattan
Mobio Feb 19, 2016 @ 8:33am
Are you sure you meant "Manhattan" and not "Brooklyn"? This resembles the latter, not the former.
mandinga Jan 4, 2016 @ 6:04am
GENNIAL :)
peng Jan 3, 2016 @ 1:28pm
@lazymann, they are only a specific density so it only works at that density level. Removing the theme removes the density restriction which is why things grow again.
Lazymann Jan 3, 2016 @ 6:50am
I can't this to work. every time i set it on no new houses is being as soon as I turn it off the city grows again.
peng Nov 29, 2015 @ 9:33am
Awesome stuff, is commercial and office density planned?
