Because my stupid version of myself several years ago, forgot and The balacla doesn't fit properly in the head so it doesn't look stupidly gigantic.

although if I manage to make the remastered version of GTA IV NOOSE with better parts (those models are too old to be ported once again)

No going to happed, it's no longer worth to me installing 40GB again to extract+Rig the LCPDs and ASP by the amount of best police models that you can find Workshop and everywhere (that includes the GTA V ones)

Is based on Ellis Hands from L4D2, GTA IV hands are horrible quality (Is a game of 2008)

And C_Hands are Couston Hands, where the hands match the model you're using in 1st peson (As L4D have)
