as long as the addons are not gamemodes (so i can use this in sandbox and not a custom sandbox gamemode) and can be used on a server thats fine

to put it simply i want to pay for a version of the MAP with events that does not rely on any gamemode to work (just like ALL the other fnaf events maps)

when i said i dont want to mess with the gamemodes i ment i dont want to mess with YOUR gamemodes that YOU made i want the map to not be reliant on ANY gamemodes so itll work in sandbox

I... I just said I'll be willing to make the map(s) works without needing to use/select the gamemode ... You don't have to do anything...

You still really don't understand that currently the map really need the gamemodes so I need to actually take apart the gamemode's code to remake in way that it's not a gamemode and would work without needing a specific gamemode at all.

Anyway you just said you don't even... want that... so... ok... I see you're really actually asking for worse than that... Like I said before you just don't seem to want Garry's Mod features... so ok I understand then bye I guess...

This is exactly why I've stopped responding to the comment section.
I can write whatever I want there it's exactly the same result as me saying nothing.

Well exactly how much are you willing to pay me to convert FNAFGM and FNAPGM into not gamemodes?
Do you want me to strip down all the features?
What do you expect exactly? I'm really confident that you don't understand the point of the gamemode but if it is what you want.
You're warned now. If we proceed, the experience will be entirely incomplete compared to the full gamemode.

well im sorry you misunderstood me i never wanted a new gamemode but if you want convincing the only thing i can really do is offer you money (thats basicaly the only thing you can offer over the internet) and to answer your last question there ARE fnaf maps that work with events and the events are even randomized WITHOUT a need for a certain gamemode (infact it seems like ALL fnaf related event maps [except yours] work in sandbox without the gamemode.) so if you want to rework it for money, i can give you money (just like i did to get certian things put into the fnaf 1 and 2 event maps) im willing to pay if your willing to work

So unless you can really convince me to actually rework all this crap, I'm done here.
The map will still indeed won't work without the gamemode because it actually needs the code from the gamemode that's the point.
It's like you expect the Elevator: Source map to work without the Elevator: Source gamemode or the Cinema map to work without the Cinema gamemode, this is the same here you need the gamemode.

And next time maybe explain better what you want and what bothers you because I still absolutely don't understand.

I did what you asked and again for free because I'm way too nice.
Now you don't even like my free effort, but this is as far as we get.
I won't put any more work on this five years old project for free.
Because if you absolutely want this to work without a gamemode I would need to rewrite basically everything that I've done and I really don't want to. I'm absolutely done with this.
If you don't like it other people might still be interested, I know it's been a recurrent request to have the entities working in Sandbox and I've just made that a reality but you still have to select a gamemode for that what a shame.

This is as close as you will get for getting what you want.

I've made your Sandbox experience for fnap_scc and yes it's a gamemode but now it actually loads Sandbox as a base.

I don't think Wubsy and I would want to continue working on FNAP for Garry's Mod and without the freaking gamemode I've made for that purpose.

I already said everything but that wasn't clear enough it seems.
Event maps makes me cringe, we're on freaking Garry's Mod where we can do fancy stuff with Lua.
Why would you stay limited like loading a plain map in HL2?
Don't use Garry's Mod then what's the point.

What's the point?

Playing event maps in sandbox is not immersive at all, you have weapons, tools, menus and all the shit you want...

It's in the title, Sandbox is Sandbox you can break maps all you want with Sandbox alone.

That's why my gamemode even exist, to not use Sandbox in order to not break the map, being in control of the gameplay and the experience, be fully immersed and get a better set of features that you wouldn't be able to get with Sandbox...

If you want to play with Sandbox so much go ahead and make Sandbox the base of FNAFGM (will definitively cause various issues).

I'm not making maps so you can pay me all you want I'm mostly just the guy that does the code.

You can see the gamemode working just fine on the Eucalyptus Sausage server.

I'll just remind you that you're on a gamemode's page (not a map).
But I will hopefully assume you're talking about the only official public map available: fnap_scc

There is no admin room in fnap_scc.
Aren't you lost or something?

The only thing I can think of is the secret credit room that may be legitimately unlocked by doing something but that's all.
And it contains no buttons whatsoever.

It does work.

FNAFGM and FNAPGM are developed to be multiplayer focused since day 0 .
They have been only made for my servers before I made it public on the Steam Workshop.
The single-player compatibility is literally not my priority (but is working too as far as I know).


And no , flipping the switch is not needed for at least 4 years now. (Because players on the servers couldn't figure it out somehow so I had to add an auto starter)
The switch is just a legacy feature that is still supported anyway and may be used if you disable the auto starter or want to start now without delay.

Is there not a way to freeroam outside to get a good look at the models? I'd like to see how they move around and such without getting killed instantly when trying to leave the Secruity room.. I've tried loading the map without the gamemode only the Animatronics don't show up then :|
