Good news everybody, I'm getting a testing server up and running right now so I'll be able to test addons before I send them out to you guys.

I still don't have a test server or anything set up yet, but I put a change that should fix it, assuming it truly was the problem causing it.

Nervermind, the server just needed a restart but now fading doors can only be opened with the hotkeys and not with buttons/keypads anymore.

The console command didn't work for me, any other solutions?

Oh, looks like there's already a console command for it, putting it into the description now.

Whenever I use this fading door tool, it only works with keypads, but not if you actually hold the fading door hotkey. Not sure if it's made that way and it does prevent abuse but it also leads players to believe that the fading door tool doesn't work and then leave right after.

Is there any way to use this fading door tool with the set hotkey? I'd really like to use this one because the other fading door tools on the workshop are complete shit or just abusable through materials.

Why do we need the backdoor code? That's kinda ironic, seeing how this is a non-backdoor version of the addon. Yet, you put in the backdoor code for anyone to use.

What is a fading door?

This is terrible , i dont even have this addon and i'm getting a damn pop - up of it .

Oh btw that link doesn't work anymore may as well get rid of it. Smart idea for making a backdoor on such a useful addon but still shame on him for making a backdoor in the first place. Good job for finding it.

If you want to re-upload this tool then please make a significate change. Ive seen so many fading door tools there all basically the same but made by a different creator.

@Delayed Not with this version, the one i linked to had the backdoor. If you find any more in this one just tell me and i'll remove it.

@Imperdius [Y.A] basically, he (the original creator) can do anything on any server with this mod installed. He gains full access to all commands on the server that are available to SuperAdmin
