Tutorial on how to get drivable cars. #1 get a jeep #2 disable collisions on the vehicle model #3 weld #4 change jeeps material to vol light and you've done it!

There should be a higher resolution Classic Dodge Charger in payday 2.

Now that I think about it, there are a lot of cars in Payday 2 licensed or parodies of dodge brand vehicles.
