I recommend it just for the extra content it brings to the single player experience. Although it's not without the odd bug, The Grinning Horker secret tunnel being one of the minor ones (fixed by typing "tcl" into the console.)
A more serious bug that I found, that results in a CTD is just North of Froki's Hut where you come up on a ruined tower that's occupied by Bandits. After taking out the bandits and try to head further North you come upon a location occupied by an Ice Elemental the CTD happens. Despite various attempts to remedy it (saving and reloading, verifying game cache files etc, the issue remains.) Fast travelling to and from these areas still works fine though.
(Availability can be limited by time, skill, and making it work in lore)
maybe I should make the links more prominent...
this mod has nothing to do with them, however.

some place or how can it be optained
It is still a lot of time and I agree that many structures would have withered away, but we see fresh apples in ancient dragon cult ruins, which are even older (with the dragon war and the banishment of alduin having occured in the merethic era), and I wanted to make the places recognizeable for those who have played ESO. Also, you don't know when most of the places were abandoned, and how they have been cared for.
3000 years would result in the majority of wood being gone, but the highest quality wood that is well-treated and preserved could still exist. Anything Stone or Metal would also survive. If anything, I would expect partial ruins of every ESO village and city.
Mind you, Bethesda did leave tiny bits of ruined rotted wood floors, fences, and stone rubble and foundation all of Skyrim... it's just not known what things were left or not.
If this mod is changing the already existing remnants of place... I'm okay with that. But I would be incredibly extremely grateful for every place that Bethesda forgot to include.
I may eventually come arround to add more stuff.
