If the add-on developer did not value their time and work or has enough money, he can distribute add-ons for free. But I do not have an excess of money. Scriptfodder entirely dedicated to the sale of add-ons for garry's mod

But this is an addon. It should NOT cost money. There are many good huds and addons out there for free.
