@The Bacon Overlard - Prop packs will be added in the future. As for now, I have no plan on releasing it just yet as I am constantly adding more props myself.

my apoligies i fixed the issue by disabling all my addons and then re-subscribing to the map

on a side note could you possibly make a prop pack with the objects/furniture in this map?..some look REALLY useful!

I was running around with a camera to get a cinematic view of the map and when I got to the shower room I looked in the mirror and realized I was a creepy old man running around a girl's dorm with a camera lol amazing map though, keep up the good work!

Great work, if you ever make the school itself + the yard you can just add these together into the school and the dorms

Everytime i try to load this level it just crashes,any help?

@Brosvision a.k.a Foreigner - Make sure you are subscribed to the file. Then in-game under the "Other" section of maps, you should see "lis_girls_dorm". Any maps I make for "Life is Strange" will have "lis_" in their title so should be grouped together.

I cant find this map in the game. Please help, are the name from this map Life is strange ? or something else ??

@MortelElm - The Junk Yard will probably be one of the last locations I recreate. (Mainly due to the amount of models needed to decompile.) It would literally take weeks to recreate! Anyway, more areas are to come before that.

@Dr Daniel Jackson - No that map is not needed, this is an extension of that map (still has her room) This just is the entire dorm.

So is Max's room (map) needed if you have this map installed?

@Devana25 - There will be an update to this map soon (Hopefully before EP4 is out) adding a lot more detail and changes to lighting.

As for the next map, it will either be the ones from the poll. OR depending on the layout for the Boys dorm in EP 4. I may do that first as I have a lot of the same assets already.

I'm really liking these maps so far, and was surprised to see it this far in already. I can probably wait for the next parts at this rate...

@Disco stu (zachftt) trade.tf - I dont know anything about Ragdolls. However I will see if I can learn / get someone else I know to do it ^^

Gmod needs more models of women in normal clothes for machinima/comic purposes.
Maybe they'll even be face posable.

@F**K WINDOWS 8!!!!! - I will be doing a props pack at a later date. Probably when all the maps are done. (This is because I still have another 500-1000 props and data to de- and re- compile to work with the source engine.) Stay tuned for more info ^^

as a lot of the stuff looks really good and useful!

um author i mean no disrespect but i beg to differ when you say "no physical odjects". i frequently role play as combine and pretened to do a raid on the dorm well i killed an npc of max in her own room and when her body fell on her desk a pencil flew across the room hit me in the face and i died. it said a prop killed me. instant karma i guess since i just murdered the main character. love your "lis" work btw can't wait for the next one.

And yes, this parameter is applicable for brushes and models.

As for the models, I will probably get around to making a models pack for LiS soon as I am still converting a huge amount of them. Thanks for the help!

All resources protection on the map. gmod not able to see these resources. It is necessary that the models were outside *.bsp !

@MARK2580 - Hey, thanks for the feedback. Although it is constructive. A lot of it is impossible.

- There is no option to disable physgun pickup. [i.gyazo.com]
- It is a recreation of the environment from "Life is Strange", so the 'usable space' isn't really my issue. Fans have been asking for more accurate recreations of the areas so I cant change them. (What is "glade"?)
- As for physical objects they are much harder to make. If you want them, just go into your "Q" menu and find my addon in the addons folder. All the models etc are there in physical formats.

Kinda harsh saying "lazy" since I don't have to do the maps at all. And porting the models and textures (for this map alone) took 5 days and around 40+ hours to do.

Wasting our time. In this game, very little usable space, mostly limited room or glade. Your card is simply a box with static models. Doors and mirrors can be moved - Secure them. gmod_allowphysgun - 0 Need more liveliness. Do not be lazy and do physical objects.

I've been pretty much obsessed with this game since the first episode came out. Just awesome, man. Thank you for making this!

I hope you plan on updating so there's paper's and what not all scattered out and about it gives the rooms so much more detail. But thank's I decompile them and use them for sfm and just a heads up someone uploaded your maps to sfm he's not taking credit but you're not linked for them just linked in the comments thought you might just wanna check that out but keep the rooms on coming :)
