I've updated the asset and corrected an incorrectly scaled lod which I believe caused the problem.

this seems to be giving me a graphical glitch when I zoom out, the model disappears from the plot but appears as an enormous house on its back about 3 or 4 tiles high :) Clicking to remove it freezes cities but it can be removed by unzoning the plot, then the model and the glitch disappears.

UPDATE: This model has been updated to try and solve the spawning issues people have been having.
The illumination has also been updated with a more realistic look. Let me know if all is OK.

nice building, but won't upgrade past lvl 2.. it gets the scoffold growing, and looks like its about to upgrade, but the pops back down to start it all over again

Lovely building but i dont think row and non row buildings would go together well in a theme. I'd much rather enjoy a theme of just this building as well like in your pictures. Theme's dont always need a large amount of different buildings to look good. I made a 1 house theme with that american style house and it looks pretty nice. Even better since it spawns in different colors :P
I love 1 building themes! :D
I would only have to mention the zone size in the theme name so i can remember to zone the right size.
