I kinda judge this game length by the unlocking progress mechanism, from unlocking zone permits to the monuments. But hey, you are right, sandbox is rad.

@/(Weber)\ Floyd - I feel like that this game needs to make the lv3 industry of any types a bit more of a job magnets as Office and Commercial would take all those away around the mid-end game.
@Aien Aristeuein - Sadly, we cannot control a spawn rate of a growable asset. It will be the same as the rest as long as the zoning size dictates so. Hopefully, the dev may consider adding growable spawn rate to help the issue in the future. If not, I may try to release some variants with average height.

There really needs to be more generic industry skins in general and not some moddified asset like added parking lots.
