One the one hand, I'm glad to see a Bill replacement since there are far too many given he is one of the default characters (the other of course is Nick.) I don't really know who this guy is (nor do I care), but it could use some work. The hair looks awful and the head looks too large for the body.

Kinda looks like Gavin from Achievement Hunter. Do a few tweaks on this one with a Slo Mo Guys T-shirt, darker and shorter hair, and people won't try to kill your model in the most horrible of ways. lol

i know its really hard to make his face look like pewdiepie and everything, but he looks more like an older Sharlto Copley mixed with Francis from l4d 1. If u don't know who that is google a picture of his face really its uncanny.
