@Avenger x6 I dont think he should delete it because it balances the mod better

The mod effects npcs as well. I was hit by a bound sword by a thalmor and it brought my health down by nearly two thirds on novice difficultiy. Please fix this to only effect your character and nobody else.

the psb does take a good comp, you can spawn it in with description derections

@Oboma @Armdaddy but wht if you dont have the bound spells then you have to buy them from a wizard.

from spells, you can get all spells by pressing ~ then typing psb.
