I just remembered, this is a New Paradigm dalek. He's blue because he was promoted from a strategist, which have blue shells.

I have a model with the vertices bound t bones somewhere, but I cant go much farther than that right now. I dont have any freetime due to college.

From what I'm reading. How's the progress with making the Emperor moving for certain parts and if possible could you add some phrases?

I'm actually working on an improved dalek model. Higher quality textures, body groups for customizing their appearance, higher poly meshes, the works. Also an improved version of the Halloween Daleks I made, with better versions of pretty much everything in it and loads of new models.
Unfortunately I haven't had time to work on any of this since college has started, so no telling when it will be open for the public.
