The Dragonborn would probably get kicked out of the thieves guild if Bryn found out, but if the game allowed it, how I'd go about that extortion quest is probably find a way to convince Keerava and Talen to act like I extorted the money from them, and then use my own money to pay what they owe. Maybe the same with Bersi, idk.

@Furious Finch I agree. Especially after you do the quest for him. Maybe if you had high enough persuasion,you could say ask him to give you half of his payment and use half of your septims to pay the rest.

I would love to see an sse version, and would be willing to test it for you if you ended up doing it.

Hi I'm stopping by nearly a year after the last comment to say thanks, because I've been running a wrapped version on a Mac for the longest time and unable to use mods. Now that I finally got a PC, I can FINALLY use this mod, these two can FINALLY get off my back after all I've done for them, I've always hated how they never forgave me no matter what I did. Time may have past but you're still a hero.

Wish you could just talk to them and say "The Thieves Guild is calling in your payment, but we're friends so I'll handle it." and you just use your own money to pay them off.

But no, that would make sense. Can't have that.

Can you port this over to SSE for Nexus Mods since there isn't an SSE workshop yet?

Perhaps make it so this only works after doing Talen Jei's sidequest for some flawless jewels?

It's often bothered me that Keerava and Talen J will still be ticked off at you...*especilly* considering you donated valauable gems for their wedding ring (if you chose to do so). I would think that would at least call it even? :p

I have a better idea...How about making a new mod where instead you can just pay for their debts, along with some of the others throughout the Guild Questline. Honestly, that is also what we always needed for DB quests too...To let Grelod go and run or be jailed, and do likewise for other targets.

Even though I don't need this mod cuz I don't feel like joining the thieves guild, this is pretty awesome for the people that did join the guild and hated the horrible hatredy feeling Talen and Keerava gave because of the horrible hatred thing you did to them. Also, I luv Talen-Jei and Keerava, they are just so awesome! :3 <3

Wow. I just gave in and joined the thieves guild with my "Good Girl" character and I died a little inside the next few times I had to go in the Bee and Barb. This literally happened 2/3 days ago real time, so thank you so much!!

Yea seems silly if you do the taking care quest, then after do the wedding ring quest.. he is still mad at you. But since they always give me a hard time, and taking anything including the respawning coin purses behind the bar is not stealing.. I take all the pots and plates and brooms and sell them back to her.. even the cheese and food in the basement.

Nothing like making them buy the stuff you just took from them back.

They will still give bipolar dialogue

You can simply use the setrelationshiprank console command or do a misc mission for Talen Jei...
