I don't want to complain but emergency doctors in Germany often drive "normal" cars (called: "NEF" for "Notarzteinsatzfahrzeug". Most ambulances ("RTW" for "Rettungstransportwagen") have the word "Rettungsdienst" and/or "Feuerwehr" on it. Especially in cities healthcare emergency services are run by the local fire brigade. Would really apprciate if you would make it more realistic.
