The bug occurs when you play in first person mode, i think the nose is the thing that bugs me, i can live with the hair in the screen x3

also she doesnt get exp when wearing light armors, tested it with vanilla and custom armors in light armor

is a bit overpowered when you start 65 speech 40 stealth, 40 one hand, 500 life , somewhat 250 endurance and 120 or something magic att lvl 1, quite good for playing harder difficulties,

some what first person mode camera is sometimes buggy but playable

i went and removed all the source files from my data folder and subscribed tooo this mod too see if there are any differences (textures are lighter ) but nothing else there model is clearly there perhaps you have a mod that conflicts with it and if you might have to uncheck all you mods untill you figure which one conlficts with this one that is all my advice for now.

if by original one you mean Race compatability for Dawnguard v1.96, than yes, I do have the correct version of RaceCompatability.esm.

Huh, did you install any other mod like character extender, that installs it's own version of race compatability it has to be the orignal one with dawnguard compatability

I wonder if project gensokyo has remis spellcards, it'd be so perfect for this mod I could cry, I haven't used that mod for a while so I have no idea what updates it has. (Then why not download it and see?) I could do that but I wanna re-play skyrim w/o OP/odd looking spells/weaps/etc. mods again before bothering with that stuff. Dat lighting and polycount.
This mod isn't exactly the best when it comes to models. I'd suggest re-working the model's lighting and upping the polycount. If you could make those improvements, this would be alot better.
