since this is a free placeable object and not snap to road, garbage needs to be set to 0 because the garbage cannot be picked up by garbage truck even if placed at a road, same goes for the modular jet free place objects.

Its a Scenic add on for those that want to create realistic cities, BUT at the same time provides jobs for 80 people so has some use in a city

I'd like to apologise for the screw up with the texture wash out earlier, this was due to me performing the steam update from another PC earlier today. have uploaded the correct version now
