The item IDs are based on mod load order, so I can't tell you exactly what they will be in your case. Specifically, the first two digits indicate that they came from this mod. For that reason, although the digits will vary from person to person, they will be the same between swords for a given person.
Due to all of this, what you need to do in order to find the IDs is type help "Longclaw" 4 and replace all of the ??s in my listed IDs with the first two digits of the result.
The details of the command I listed are pretty arbitrary. The "Longclaw" part just needs to be the name of one of the items in this mod, with the caveat that the name "Ice" won't work because it will match too many game resources. As for the "4" part, that merely filters out some additional information that you don't need. It's not strictly necessary.
As for Brothers of Darkness (or any other book), I'd recommend searching the Unofficial Elder Scrolls Pages (UESP) or the Skyrim Wikia. Apart from that, it should be obtainable as random loot.
Today, I finally decided to finish my remake of Ice. I'll update the mod as soon as I'm feeling up to changing the screenshots. Probably today or tomorrow. I'll probably see about uploading the mod on those other sites while I'm at it.
Regarding Vaultboy's request, I just realized I still haven't followed through on uploading it to those other sites (though it is on Nexus Mods, where it has a longer description due to the lack of a character limit).
player.additem [item code] 1
Before you can do that, though, you need to find the item code for the sword you want. To do that, type
help "[sword name]"
The reason why this is necessary is that the first two digits of the item ID vary depending on the mods you have installed. However, the first two digits will be the same for every sword in this mod; I just don't know what they will be.
The reason why I listed the IDs at all is that, in the case of Ice, simply typing help "Ice" will yield results for everything in the game containing the string "Ice" (which is a lot of things). Therefore, to find Ice's ID, search for any other sword in this mod and use the first two digits of that sword's ID with the last six digits of Ice's ID from the description.
