Interesting factoid... When I started working there in 2009 they were Canada's 6th largest bank by assets... There are only 5 chartered banks in Canada. Love the model, hate the company. :steamsalty:

@Dutaun vanilla parking in the editor at the time had only 3 space parking props of which only one had a handicap spot far left. As parking only available left of main entrance creator at the mercy of cs vanilla props. Search for handicap decals if you need symmetry to place on spots closer to entrance.

@Dingo66 @scouter.johio I just tested in my city and it popped up as a Level 3 commercial. The only mod I used was Super Demand. I'm not sure what else I can try.

This looks amazing. Would there be a reason from preventing it from appearing in-game? I haven't seen any of your collection in 25 hours of game place, and I've subscribed to them all (pardoning the ploppables).

This is great work as is the recent Consumers Distributing building but what I was thinking is that it would be nice to see some Canadian houses in game. The generic houses are too repetitive and quite frankly I think you could do a better job of them than CO can!

I'm in America but your collection of Canadian assets is nothing short of class. This bank, like your other work, is a beautiful building, regardless of geographical origin. I find the Candian collection adds an attractive variety.
