This tactic is beast if you take the offside trap off and change the mentality to Attack, also offer short option from corners to keep possession, blueprint is great, tweaked to greatness.

Is it possible or would you be kind enough to do a wonderkids of Gillingham FC as a rich club please? With the likes of S Bruce M Adams R Hillyard T Cascarino K Price J Egan, D Mephet D Westwood G Butters, S Nelson, T Quow, D Shippley, A Hessentaler, B Dack, Robert Taylor, Leo Fortune-West, etc. They are an example of just a few players of the top of my head.
League2 be able to bring in some coaches, scouts, fitness and Physico's etc. Maybe able to explain how you become friends with other managers and coaches & build
up relastionships with chairman? Also how you get to be other team filtering young players and getting set up with the London clubs so we can have their players on loan.
Would it be possible to do a database of the 1950 60 70 and 1980s maybe players in the leagues they would of been in as of then and the clubs at that time?

going to try this out in the Thurlow Nunn Premier (English Non-League) have changed the WB to FB though as don;t have any players for that role!

yes you can - it was tested and updated after 15.3.2 release (15.3.2 doesnt have any ME changes as far as I know)

Try it first - I have managed to do it well with Red Star using many 17-20 year old players according to the preferences. Often recording over 60% possession and lots of shots

But does this tactic work on leagues as difficult as the premier league? Without xavis, iniestas and messis? I really doubt it
