Just convert this building to RICO via the Settings menu of the RICO mod if you want this asset to be a low/high commercial building with 100 or so employees. The only bummer is the lack of night lighting in the windows.

@SucramGamer007 Try using BloodyPenguin's (Not So) Unique Building Mod that allows you to build multiple Unique Buildings.

@aussibec01 Thanks for the compliment! I actually started working on my next building and have the framework done. Will probably texture over the weekend. It's another BIG building, around the same size as Canadian Tire.

Stats look fairly realistic, which makes a change from the massively over inflated stats of some of the assets on steamworkshop. Model is also nice :D
