I am ashamed. This particle effect could never be called a hat; It is too disgraceful and lacks the qualities of hat-itude that make a hat a True Hat.

I'll update this particle effect to be better closer to halloween if -tools mode gets fixed if it hasn't already. Or I'll just do it in hl2ep2 and port it over like I always do. It will probably be either 2-3 bats or just one, and they'll fly in a circle to be less distracting.

good idea, i think that more people need to submit unusual effect, models, taunts *of high quality*, not just weapons and hats, thankyou for trying to imrove the game. P.S. Gabe don't troll me by adding 100 shit effects and making every uncrated hat guarented to be unusual.
