i cannot place anything

the world trade center that was linked here is the wrong one. it's footprint is too big and the included roads don't connect to anything on the map. there's also no way to make it fit without redesigning the area. with help of the loading screen mod, the correct set of assets for it has since been removed from the workshop.

It doesn't work there's only vanilla buildings and no twin towers.

I like that it has the twin towers

when i try and open the map the game just crashes.... any ideas how to help? (and yes im opening it from my saves)

I've been meaning to ask because I run a very mod-and-asset-heavy game when I play C:S and I'm getting a new computer to handle all of it. What are your system specs?

The original WTC asset I used isn't available anymore, so you have to place it on your own :) This applies for some other assets as well. Unfortunately there is no way to update the savegame I think...

@Stix N' Stones Nah twin towers looked straight outta minecraft, Freedom tower has soul

Great map but services are not spread out correctly, for example you placed all the crematorims all bunched up in one place, if they were spread out people could get the services. And you also have many special buildings pilled up in one coner, they don't work if they are not connected to the city, and it won't attract anyone to the city either. Also the water sources are missing in the central park. And finnaly the subways are all messed up, but it's fine it gives a challenge to fix it up But awsome map just needes work

@MrThing22 Nah Freedom Tower is garbage. The Twins are irriplaceable icons.

i was born in NY, and you did a really good job with central park.
it would be even better if you replaced WTC with freedom tower, to make it up to date.
