It would be great if pets teleport to users (like Chester). For now I pull them with a manual command.

@seldog I still use it and no problems with any of it.

Is it still working or the mod is broken?

Don't know if this asking too much, but do you think you could fix it where the WS-03s don't walk away from you constantly. It makes it incredibly infuriating to heal them. Great mod though!

It is possible to turn off friendly fire from winona catapults? Provoked WS-01 destroy them all, and I think WS-03 make it's even faster

Not sure if relevant but I think this one bugs out with caves (and a million mods)

I love this mod. questions:
1- can the sound be lowered or removed? maybe a configuration? or maby I can remove a file from the mod folder? when I spawn too many it starts to drive me crazy LoL
2- I use ws-03 for gear farming, but when I travel far from base, they get out of the enclosed base. (I use MyHome Mod base) Also, when I am not in the server they follow other players and then they get taken away. So is there a way to permanently set the loyalty to the person that spawned them?

can you make it that when webber makews the minions that spider dont attack them and that bulbers can be tamed/catched ?

Forum Klei Entertainment - you need to make an account. And everything you need to upload the mod on steam is in steam tools called "Don't Starve Mod Tools". One disclaimer I need to give you - if you want to make mods you need to have drive to dig and search for yourself. Nobody will do it for you so you need to be willing to break through stuff you don't know.

Forums, where do I find those forums, where do I find the programs used, this can't be one's job?

@free/XP/gratis as much as I loved modding I don't have time or skill anymore to do it properl. Don't Starve modding is.. in the end game. Most of "big" modders are not working on mods or updating older ones. If you really want to go into this I would suggest doing what I did - digging as much as you can on forums (there are peoeple willing to help) or in code from other mods to see how is this working. It would be definitly easier to start like 2 years ago.

@Unforgiven These companions are made of mechanical parts. When I was creating them, my idea was to have simple companions to fight with a minimal number of commands. Creating more complex commands kills the whole concept and turns them more into cyborgs, which I did not want and it doesn't fit Don't Starve imo.

I have to say that the companions from this mod are really helpful.

However, I have some nitpicks I kinda wish were changed.

1. The sounds for WS-01 get annoying pretty quickly. If the sound was quieter and a little faster, i'd be fine with it.

and 2. Would be great if they didn't move around randomly when idle like the pigs do, feel like Chester would be a better example on how they should follow the character....

P.S. I'll be looking for a command mod that would allow me to better manage the companions since I don't like them following me everywhere when they're low on HP.

Yeah.. last time it was updated in 2016 so... I'm so out of cooding shape that I can't really keep up with current code. I'm not saying "never" but it's unlikly that I'll fix it soon :/
