Nice, I can have the Lipstick in my city! To be fair it isn't a bad representation of a ship's funnel but really does look like a giant lipstick.

For buildings with color in daylight (like this one) could they at some same-color nightlight, too? :steamhappy:

Hello, this and others will be updated for After Dark, This building in particular will get some texture TLC to 1024x1024 and maybe some extra details

@Mvincent17781 Exactly. The mod has overwritten the AI while he was playing, then, when he got to the asset editor to maybe make some changes he saved a reference to the AI within the asset. On our end the asset tries to load the AI back in but it's not there as we don't have the mod.

@Zaunpfal: I'm not totally sure, but it looks like that error might be thrown due to a difficulty mod of some sort.

I'm not sure where this error comes from, but I found this in my logfile after investigating a crash:

I've subscribed to both versions of this building, but I'm not saying that these caused the crash. I just spotted this in the log and wanted to let you know about it.

This building is very nice. It seems to pop a little more than I want it too, I would prefer a ton of variety in all of the buildings, but I like it. The design is cool and futuristic. The color is darker than most Skylines buildings, which I have seen some people don't like, but it seems more realistic to have a couple of buildings that don't fit they typical mold.

Ah I see, I choose not to stick to a particular scale. Most buildings need tweaking to make them fit for cities:skylines, as a game. My models are not necessarily to represent every detail of said building, unless otherwise stated.

I think between all would have to define a standard for the scale of the buildings as well as the weight of files

I love it! Pass this all the time. I recall it was meant to be a Funnel but ended up looking like Lipstick and its now referenced as "The Lipstick Tower"

I use blender and GIMP. Blender is the 3d modelling tool and GIMP is a free alternative to photoshop. I tend to make my own textures for this game, bricks, windows etc. However a useful tool is this website for textures if you are starting out > www.cgtextures.com

Ahhhh okay. Another quick question, how do you make the 3D models for these structures? I'd love to make some custom skyscrapers but I have no idea where to start, and obviously the game only lets you put some billboards and stuff on.

i have no problem with spawning this tower in my game. In fact, half of my residential district is full of this tower and your Admiralty tower. It looks like a huge high density apartment complex made by one developer.
