@Ehrmantraut I'm sure if you look hard enough you can "Find It!". Eventually, you'll be able 2 Find It! without much difficulty. I think a certain mod by a certain name will come in handy ;)
Also, this is commercial, so you can't place it through a menu anyways (which is what I'm assuming you're trying to do)

Just wanted to let everyone know this is a 2x3 high density commercial level 2 building. I spent a little too long waiting for this thing to build itself and experimented with numerous lot combos etc. I edited it in my asset editor to make it 2x4 so it made it a little easier for me.

Nice model. However the textures could use some work. Looks like they were just painted instead of actual textures. Add those and this would look amazing IMO.

It does look nice, but you've posted no info whatsoever, is it ploppable or growable, what are its stats, etc... I'd rather have that info before subscribing, it's not just you, as a community we're great at producing content, but not so great at posting basic data about the content, but the pictures do look very good!
