Tip! Try the 81-tiles mod. Remember, when enabling 81 unlock-all tiles, you should save your game within 5 minutes to save the new tiles into the save system with a new map save-file name. This ensure stability and no crashes.

First I destroyed *everything* in my city, then disabled all mods/assets. The tearing still occurred. Then I started a brand new map, all mods/assets disabled and while I can't get a look at the square north of the starting area until a milestone is reached (where the majority of the tearing happens), it is possible to see a small tear under the highway bridge over the main river in the starting area, where the bridge meets the north cliff face.
Anyway, looks like the problem is here to stay but I'll likely continue playing the map because it's just so damned fun. I'll work around this tearing :)

I'm experiencing excessive texture problems in one section of my city. I don't remember it happening before today, and it doesn't appear to be happening anywhere else... that I have gotten to yet, anyway. My city is still quite small.
Please see the screenshots I'll attach separately. (I've never tried this before, hope it works!). You will see it happening as the camera zooms in and is at certain angles.
I've also noticed this happening under road tunnels, to the point where I've spent a lot of time minimizing the effect as much as possible by tinkering with angles, etc. It is still somewhat distracting and has been happening since day 1 of this map. Perhaps the two are related.
Anything that can be done or hotfixed? Thanks again for the work you've done here... I doubt I'll ever play a flat boring map again!!

NOTE: As Emetivore stated below, I did run into the same issue of "Can't build on water" toward the top/right hand side of the map. It wasn't a huge issue, but it did prevent me from doing any tunnels or subways in these low areas, despite there being no water around. But, overall it did not really effect the playability of the map. Just a friendly FYI. :)
