kalien to be fair black lanterns are zombies of the dead characters in the dc universe and the white ones are essintailly black lanterns brought back to life so daleks could be in em if they died but its up to ya man just being the knowledge guy anywaaay good fracking job on these by far the best thing ive personally seen in terms of crossovers

They are very specific corps. Black Lanterns only come in for the apocalypse and White Lanterns are the Entity's tools. The only times their not are accidents and loopholes, so it just doesnt seem like they would even have the chance to join those corps.

you know how you said black and white lantern corps won't be made well i still think they should be made they could make some sort of comeback at any point because the black lantern corps is simple to join just read black hand's orign story and white will be open when black is back

No, the Black Lanterns Corps was all disbanded at the end of the Blackest Night. After Black Hand escaped the Indigo Tribe he went somewhere and commited suicide and got a new black lantern ring. The White Lantern Corps only existed so the Entity could find a suitable replacement. Necron's slash fatally wounded it. After some really weird stuff that involved a bunch of the ressurected super heroes to die, old swampthing (who necron brainwashed) is beat by new swampthing (alec holland resurrected) and made the new embodiment of life.
Kyle Rayner was able to turn his ring into a white one by exploiting a glitch, and is now the only white lantern.

I suppose but at one point I think there is a black lantern superboy and laods of other important but dead heroes and villians.

There is more than one member in the Black and White Lantern Corps. There's a Black Lantern Batman, Hawkman, heck, there's even Aquaman (I think)! White Lantern is just guys who have done some stuff for stuff, so yeah :P

I have no intention to make them because they are very specific corps that only exist under special circumstances, and to my knowledge theres only one member in both corps right now, so it seems like they would just be dalek versions of Black Hand and Kyle Rayner.
