It's very nice, but the only thing that bothers me is that it's too thick, quite noticably too. I don't own a PPK but I know for sure that they are a lot slimmer than that. Otherwise, very nice indeed.

Tigg, are there no custom animations on this? Just asking, as in real life the PPK has no slide release, but does have a slide catch, necessitating racking the slide.

yeah, its a balance between lightening the texture and relying on the envmaps. It will look more grey/white in certain lighting, and especially on low graphics settings.

I'd just like to add that it looks quite a bit more white than crome on my screen. Could be an issue with the skin or on my end but I'll wait to see what others chime in with.
