This is absolutely wonderful. Definitely going to put this in my game. I really hope to see some kind of ploppable version of this to put next to my highways!

Thanks for the upgrade. My cims were getting very fat with all those oversize American diner portions. ! Great job. Keep them coming.

There is a small downside to the update, any existing Plunky's will have their model moved back by half a tile so they may end up partially inside other buildings until they are deleted.

Hi all, just made a change to the model. The reason for it spawning so prolifically was that it was the only 1x2 L1 building oriented parallel to the road. I have updated it to be a 2x2 model since there are many of those and it has any upgrade path now. You should see far fewer Plunky's now.

Sure, I think I'll start making ploppable and growable versions of all my assets. I'm also making another L1 1x2 building so that the game has more variety to choose from.

Just had an idea.If your having difficulty trying to find how to edit spawn rates mabey you could just create a unique ploppable version?If you do that make sure it attracts a little bit of tourists.

I'm not sure, it uses the same building info as the typical 1x2 L1 store. I guess they spawn at equal rates but the diner is just so much more visible. I'll research and see if it is possible to adjust the spawn values.

This is awesome for my small American town feel I want for my city.But is it at all possible to decrease the building rate of it? They keep on gettting constructed in rows along streets all over town.So im constantly bulldozing them in order to have a few spread out in my city and not have streets full of them.
